Take notice that the Council of the Corporation of the Town of South Bruce Peninsula will be holding a special closed meeting of Council on April 28, 2022 at 9:00 am with a curfew of 10:00 am. The special closed meeting will be held in the Municipal Council Chambers.
This special closed meeting will be held to discuss and take appropriate action on the following:
Litigation or potential litigation including matters before administrative tribunals affecting the municipality or local board and Advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege including communications necessary for that purpose (Natural Resources and Forestry v Town of South Bruce Peninsula 2022 ONCA 315)
